02The dataHe had logged three years' worth of sessions, training, tests, calls, paperwork, and more all in an excel file as he progressed. We cleaned it, classified it and pulled it together into one cohesive story.
03The storyWithin the 3,000 hours it took to get his license, a lot went on behind the scenes that many prospective counselors don't know about. We broke out his indirect training hours to reveal 105 hours of networking and 271 hours of client notes. We also drew out insights like the fact that 62 of his clients he saw more than 6 times. We told the story of the financial ups and downs, life events, and lessons learned along the way through interactive hovers and animations.
04The outcomeThrough this interactive timeline, our client is helping aspiring counselors learn what it takes to get licensed, and our client is using thisdynamic visual to build thier own referral network and hiring pool. Additionally, we built a tracking tool that other aspiring counselors could use to track their journeys too.
